Refund policy

All appointments with Susan are prepaid to book your personal appointment.

Please notify Susan 48 hours before your booked appointment if you need to reschedule for any reason.

If your appointment date or time needs to be changed by Susan for any reason, you will be offered a choice as to whether you wish to reschedule or would prefer a refund.

However, once you have booked and completed a consultation appointment with Susan, refunds cannot be issued.
